Amagi is a town located on Tokunoshima, in Ōshima District, Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. As of October 2020, the town has an estimated population of 5,517 and a population density of 68.7 persons per km². The total area is 80.35 km². The economy of the town is based on sugar cane, beef and seasonal tourism.
