Dr. Cecil Rhodes is a board-certified Ear, Nose, and Throat surgeon at St. Francis ENT. Dr. Rhodes received his medical doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia in 2017 and then complete his Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery residency at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Rhodes provides adult and pediatric medical evaluations for diseases of the ears, nose and throat, as well as surgery to the head and neck, audiological services and treatment for allergies.
