We didnt know you could do a tour of this place and that it is free but we will certainly get tickets next time we go to New York. We saw the building from outside and took photos whilst passing. Full review by Lane-English

Not sure about the stroller, however I took a back pack with me. They do ask to keep its contents to a minimum and they put it through a small airport type security machine. A hand bag or baby should be fine. Great way to spend an hour. Enjoy.
