JZT Dance & Yoga, located in Weehawken, New Jersey, offers both dance training for kids and yoga classes for adults. JZT Dance offers dance classes in ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, hip hop, acro, musical theater, acting and children’s combo classes. JZT takes pride in our exceptional staff. We put a strong emphasis on technique, while developing confidence, coordination, musicality, team work and a love for dance in all our students. Our JZT Dance season culminates with a recital in early June each year. We also have Dance Company opportunities for students who want to compete. JZT Yoga offers classes every day of the week in vinyasa, hatha, yin and restorative. In September, 2019, JZT Yoga will begin to offer aerial yoga as well.
