You didn't get any answers as people whom visit this place are mainly tourists as us local would know better to avoid tourist traps. You can nice chocolates anywhere and everywhere in Melb and there are other chocolateries en route to Philip island etc... No public transport and it would cost you a fortune using uber..this is quite a rural setting and no one would ride a bus here. Many tours cost $130+ including meals and tours to winery. If you are a less experienced driver from Singapore, I would not recommend hiring a car and driving to the countryside like Yarra valley ( or even to great Ocean road ) as coming from singapore where only 10 % of pop owns car and who drive on very structured roads at no greater than 80 kph, driving on narrow undivided country roads at 8O or 100 kph is not for those not used to driving in the country (no offence intended here to Singaporeans !). As i m from Malaysia where we have narrow rural roads like these (often with no visibility ahead cos of terrains/trucks hogging the roads) , no problem for most Malaysian or Thai drivers driving in the countryside on undivided narrow roads Go take a bus tour but I don t think visiting the chocolateria itself is worth your trip esp vineyards are unlikely of interest to you. Just google and you get many tour companies coming here
