Have not received etickets, have tried to get resent and amended my email address as prompted on the website. Luckily I have a screenshot with my booking reference number. Can I turn up and get tickets at the visitor entrance?

I expect how long you have to give ahead of time depends on when you're going. We were there at the beginning of December and we were able to book an independent visit, meaning no guide just the audio handheld guide, two or three days before. The tours that had a live guide were already filled up. We could have booked one for the following week but we weren't going to be available then.
