The Astor Place Theatre is not suitable for adults because the seats are way to small. You can’t move and you’re automatically touching your neighbors. That influences the Blue Man experience. Beside… Full review by Miriam M

Yes, they do a bag check before going in. Seating is extremely tight, I had to keep my bag on my lap the whole time. Try to bring something small.

A:
I sat in the orchestra but it's a small intimate theater. All seats are good and the performers interacted with the entire audience. You can't go wrong either way.
