Motoyama is a town located in Nagaoka District, Kōchi Prefecture, Japan. As of 31 July 2022, the town had an estimated population of 3‚318 in 1858 households and a population density of 25 persons per km². The total area of the town is 134.22 square kilometres. Motoyama has been named one of The Most Beautiful Villages in Japan.
