Hello, if you ask for the train tickets - buy it online. If you ask for the scenic spot, Grottes, you can buy it on the location. I was there twice and everything is organised very well. Enjoy!

Rail travel is easy with English at most major train stations and the high speed trains are good. The sites are a bit out of town, so the best option is a tour package, as getting to/from is the biggest challenge. Most hotels can help book you on a group tour. Both sites have signage in English.
