For Nevis Swing, it says allow for 4 hours. Is this from the booked time or the check-in time (30 minutes before)?

For us, check in time was 8:10AM. Departure at 8:40. Jumped at 10:30. Left the facility at 11:05. Back to the departure location just after 11:45.

My experience was that the frame will get you both. It's a fairly wide view on the platform, and the long distance shots are really wide. Have a great jump!
