We recommend you plan to spend the whole day, or even two days to see the entire campus, though some folks come for as short a time as a couple hours and may only visit select houses, or visit just the gallery or nature center, not even making it into the historic village itself. You should be able to see a good number of places if you plan for a minimum of 4 hours, but you will not be able to see the entire historic village in that time so best to use the website and decide ahead what you want to see the most. We are open from 10am to 4pm, though on a few special event Saturdays we are open until 5pm. There are 68 historic homes and businesses to explore. On weekdays you will usually find 20-22 costumed interpreters to converse with. On weekends or special events there can be upwards of 32 costumed folks to talk with.

Q:
need a lift where is the link
A:
I am not sure what link you mean, but if you need a lift while visiting GCV&M and the trolley is not running, you need only ask a staff person and they will call someone to assist you.
