Hi, they should be great. Like any other time in Scotland it might rain, but probably not snow.

I was told it varies at every distillery but once a year. Suggest if there’s a particular distillery you’re keen to visit that you ask in advance.

Don't think so. Not sure you can even do this if you take the tour. They don't do the bottling on site
