Best to book in advance either in person on online. On the day tickets seem to be limited. I went in person and was told that the next ticket was available for. Two days time.

If you got a job at The Towers, you'll surely be trained in all aspects of your duties. But I reckon most visitors would want to know how to book for the tour to the top. I trust this is helpful. Has anyone from the US figured out a way to purchase e-tickets directly from the official Petronas Towers website? The options offered on TripAdvisor are much more expensive than the actual ticket cost. Unfortunately the Petronas website does not accept Visa, Mastercard, GooglePay, ApplePay or even payment from any US banks.

I went at lunch time to Petronas basement ticket counter and got a 3pm slot no problems and the shopping centre had the best food court ever. Staff were very helpful
