hi, sorry for delay been on holiday, crown plaza is right on the dock so you can get sight seeing bus very easy , they will drop you off just across the road from hotel its very easy, as for boat trip its only short trip across the Mersey but there are 2 stops , nothing much to see at first stop but new brighton is second and that's best for seeing another part of your trip plus a funfair if you have kids, nice bars and resturants there but check the times of the boats return back because they change , if you need to get a bus back to Liverpool its easy and will take you juat by the plaza so no worries you are center for everything , hope this helps, have a great time in Liverpool xxx
