Prusak is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sokolniki, within Wieruszów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. It lies approximately 3 kilometres north-east of Sokolniki, 16 km east of Wieruszów, and 93 km south-west of the regional capital Łódź.
