There is a restaurant inside the museum which is quite nice. Sandwiches, soups, coffee, beer, wine and a buffet line. A lovely patio adjoins the restaurant which is perfect at certain times of the year. Within a mile is Desert Ridge Marketplace Shopping Center with a myriad of places to eat. I personally would prefer the MIM for lunch and save the shopping center for later, especially Border’s Bookstore with a cup of coffee.
