Welcoming over 2 million guests every year, the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium is located just north of Columbus, OH, and is home to over 10,000 animals representing over 600 species. For more than 95 years, the Zoo has evolved to become a cornerstone of the community and a destination inspiring the appreciation and conservation of many of the earth's most amazing animals.

Look at the experiences on the app for the Columbus zoo. Be advised some can be rather expensive and some only happen on certain days of the eeek. Get there early to ensure that you get a scooter since it’s first come first serve. The hours for the date you are planning to go are also on the app. It is a very large zoo so plan to be there all day.
Can we visit the wilds and is it a separate attraction?

Yes, it is affiliated with the zoo and is a place you can visit. But it’s not located at the zoo. It’s about 45 minutes away from Columbus. It’s a Safari park.
