A commercial truck driver who was charged in the death of an Iowa couple has been accused of streaming Netflix while driving.

Tucson city prosecutors handed down charges for the driver accused of causing a crash that killed police officer Adam Buckner.

Guyvenson Innocent, 35, of Beachwood, the driver of a motorized scooter, was pronounced dead on the scene, authorities said. The officer and other civilians involved were not injured. The state did not release the circumstances of the crash.

According to court documents, 55-year-old Billie Joe Grimes was charged with two counts of criminal vehicular homicide and one count of criminal vehicular operation.

Prosecutors said the truck driver was distracted to the extent that he failed to apply the brakes before he crashed into a car and killed a couple.
