A dense fog advisory was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 4:01 a.m. in effect until 9 a.m. for Marion, Lamar, Fayette, Winston, Walker, Pickens, Tuscaloosa, Sumter, Greene, Hale and Marengo counties.

Most of the rain will be out of our area by 8-9 a.m. CDT. We will likely end up mostly dry during the late morning and afternoon hours.

Mostly quiet weather continues over the next few days with warm afternoons. Small rain chances enter the forecast starting Friday. Some scattered clouds will pass over the region. Temperatures will be slow to cool through the evening with temperatures in the 70s for the evening.

A weather alert was issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 7:20 a.m. for dense fog until 9 a.m. for Passaic, Bergen, Essex and Union counties.

On Saturday at 3:52 a.m. the National Weather Service issued a dense fog advisory valid for Saturday between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. for Choctaw, Washington, Clarke, Escambia, Mobile and Baldwin counties.
