W illiam Gallas remains convinced that the Premier League is the best league in the world even though there are no English sides left in the Champions League. Manchester United and Newcastle United were knocked out in the group stages, and in the quarter-finals, Manchester City and Arsenal fell to Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, respectively.

Gallas has been particularly disappointed with two Chelsea players, labelling Raheem Sterling and Mykhailo Mudryk as the biggest flops of the season. That is two more than Mudryk has managed, with the Ukrainian so far failing to justify his £89m price tag following a move from Shakhtar Donetsk last year.

Manchester United legend, Gary Neville has named three signings Chelsea should make to compete for title next season. Chelsea are currently in 9th position on the Premier League table with 48 points from 33 games.

Former Manchester United star Gary Neville has voiced his likeness for under-fire Chelsea striker Nicolas Jackson. Jackson, who moved to Stamford Bridge from Villarreal last summer, has come under criticism from sections of fans for missing opportunities in front of goal.
