It was a normal end to the school day in late April for Acie Holland III, an eighth grader at Glen Hills Middle School in Glendale, Wisconsin. He followed his routine and got on the school bus to go home.

Preparing to get off his school bus last week, Acie Holland III noticed the driver wasn't slowing down for his stop. "She likes to joke with us a lot, and I thought maybe she was fooling with us," the eighth-grader tells the Washington Post.

A Wisconsin teen is being hailed as a hero after rescuing a bus full of students when their driver passed out behind the wheel and veered into traffic.
