The Biden administration has published a final rule allowing about 100,000 uninsured people in DACA, the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program, to enroll in state-run or private health insurance plans provided under the Affordable Care Act,

Roughly 100,000 immigrants who were brought to the U.S. as children are expected to enroll in the Affordable Care Act’s health insurance next year.

The Biden administration Friday expanded healthcare to Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals migrants, removing a prohibition on Affordable Care Act eligibility, effective Nov. 1.
