Police issued an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Salathia Guest for “Unlawful Conduct Toward a Child.” Guest was a newly hired employee of the daycare, officials said. Guest is currently being held at the Johnson Detention Center. Her bond hearing is set for Saturday.
