St. John's basketball players Chris Ledlum and Jordan Dingle have filed a lawsuit against the NCAA for denying their request for an eligibility waiver that would give them one more season of competition with the Red Storm or another team.

Attorneys for Chris Ledlum and Jordan Dingle argue that failure to grant the players a fifth season could have "dire consequences" on their athletic, academic and NIL experiences.

Ledlum was playing at Harvard and Dingle, a Valley Stream product, at Penn when the Ivy League canceled its 2020-21 season because of the pandemic.
