The 2024 NFL Draft could be a rare one for the state of Oklahoma. Mock draft after mock draft have been absent of players from Oklahoma State and Tulsa. And OU is projected to have no more than three players selected with offensive linemen Tyler Guyton, Walter Rouse and Andrew Raym leading the way.

The Giants filled one major need when they selected Malik Nabers in the first round of the NFL Draft. They came back on Friday and in the second round filled another, selecting Tyler Nubin. Safety was a need for the Giants after losing Xavier McKinney to the Packers in free agency.

With the departure of Tyron Smith, Guyton has massive shoes to fill at left tackle. The starting job will not be given to him, but Jones did not draft him to watch him sit on the bench.
