Hormel Foods has recalled two Planters products – peanuts and mixed nuts – due to possible contamination with the bacteria that causes listeria, according to an announcement from the company that was posted by the US Food and Drug Administration on Friday.

The affected Honey Roasted Peanuts have a UPC code (located under the bar code) of 2900002097 and best by date of April 11, 2025. The recalled Deluxe Lightly Salted Mixed Nuts have a UPC code of 2900001621 and best by date of April 5, 2026.
