Gov. Parson signs executive order activating emergency plan for severe weather, flooding
Governor Mike Parson signed an executive order on Thursday, May 2 activating the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan in response to severe weather and flooding.According to Gov. Parson, Executive Order 24-06 allows the state to prepare and be ready to help communities already damaged by storms and flooding as more storms and rain continue to remain in the forecast over the next few days.
