STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A Massachusetts woman has won two different $1 million lottery prizes in less than three months, according to PIX11. As stated on the Massachusetts lottery website, Christine Wilson, from Attleborough, Mass., won $1 million from a $50 game called Lifetime Millions on Feb. 23, 2024.

The winners of the three $100,000 “Mass Cash” prizes were not the only lucky lottery players in the commonwealth Friday. Another person claimed a $100,000 prize from a $30 “300X” ticket sold at the Colbea convenience store and gas station in Rochester. The odds of winning $100,000, the third-highest award in the scratch game, are one in 161,280.
