Discovery was ending with Season 5, and now we’re just a few weeks away from this era of the sci-fi franchise concluding on the 2024 TV schedule. Fortunately, Discovery’s cast and crew were given extra filming time to ensure the series could end on a proper note.

Disco’s final season goes boldly where nobody asked, but remains a success story that has defied every critic Warning: spoilers up to Discovery S05E07 within. Cards on the table: I’ll watch anything if it has Star Trek in the title.
