BlackRock shareholders should vote against the proposal to ratify CEO Larry Fink's 2023 compensation at its annual meeting, proxy advisory firms ISS and Glass Lewis said in separate recommendations.

Boeing CEO Dave Calhoun has already announced plans to step down at the end of the year. As a part of that plan, he had intended to stick around for a little bit after his tenure as a member of the company’s board of directors.
