Beyonce's numerous documentaries reflect the history of a legend, but also a mother, wife, and champion of liberation.

The film, opening Dec. 1, chronicles the record-breaking world tour backing Beyoncé's seventh studio album, Renaissance, that ran for 56 shows across 10 countries and 39 cities, grossing $579 million — the highest grossing tour by a female artist in history.

"I’m excited for people to see the show, but I’m really excited for everyone to see the process," Beyoncé says in the movie.
