More than 70 Big Lots stores are reopening across 13 states on May 15. The retailer, known for home goods, furniture, and seasonal products, is seeing stores gradually reopen after over 400 closed in 2024.

These were the nine Big Lots stores that reopened: Variety Wholesalers operates more than 400 stores across 18 states. Variety’s retail brands include Big Lots!, Roses Discount Stores, Roses Express and Maxway.

After announcing that store openings would come in waves in 2025, more than 70 stores are planned to reopen nationwide on May 15.
