Kwong “Tony” Chun Sit, 53, of Irvine and his girlfriend face multiple felony charges after at least 11 dogs die in their possession during a training session.

The Irvine Police Department arrested Kwong Chun Sit, 53, and his girlfriend Tingfeng Liu, 23, and charged them with animal cruelty and destroying evidence.
