A 3.6-magnitude earthquake, the latest in a series over the past several days, shook the Malibu area in California, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. The 6-mile deep quake hit 4 miles from Malibu at 4:22 a.m. Monday, Sept. 16, according to the USGS.
