Another round of potentially severe storms is expected Sunday evening. A tornado warning is issued for both Collin and Denton counties until 10:15 p.m. and a severe thunderstorm warning is issued for both counties through 10:30 p.

Severe thunderstorms are expected to sweep North Texas over the weekend, bringing potential large hail and damaging winds to the region. There is a low tornado threat. On Friday evening, forecasters say scattered thunderstorms are expected to develop ahead of a stalled front.

The storm clouds aren’t finished with North Texas. After early evening rain Friday and Saturday, the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office is predicting more scattered but potentially severe storms.
