The Israeli military says it killed a senior Hezbollah commander in a strike on Beirut while the militant group’s acting leader promised more fighting against Israeli troops.

A previous Israeli strike on Hezbollah’s underground headquarters in Beirut was responsible for killing leader Hassan Nasrallah.

The Israeli Air Force has once again killed a high-ranking Hezbollah commander in an attack in the Lebanese capital Beirut - this time the head of the Islamist militia's headquarters, Suhail Hussein Husseini.
