A judge ruled Wednesday that the Trump administration must facilitate the return of a 20-year-old migrant, who was deported last month, because his removal violated a class action lawsuit settled last year.

Relatives of many deported Venezuelans and their lawyers have denied that they are Tren de Aragua members and have said they were never given the chance to contest the Trump administration's allegations of gang affiliation.

The ACLU asked the Supreme Court to rule on whether the Trump administration can lawfully invoke the Alien Enemies Act for deportations.
