Bryan Kohberger's immediate family members are allowed to attend his upcoming murder trial in the deaths of four University of Idaho students, a judge said.

An Ada County judge has ruled family members of defendant Bryan Kohberger will be allowed to remain in the courtroom throughout the duration of trial, despite being called to testify.

Kohberger’s attorneys argued that excluding his parents and two sisters from the courtroom would violate his right to a public trial.
