The Missouri Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the state’s planned question on abortion rights can stay on the ballot, after the state’s Republican attorney general tried to decertify it, as 10 states are set to have abortion on their November ballot—including some where the procedure is now banned.

Missouri was the first state to enact a near-total ban on abortion. This November, Missouri voters have the chance to reverse it with Amendment 3, which would guarantee the right to an abortion until fetal viability.
