In Kharkiv, sounds of explosions were heard amid a massive attack by Russian strike drones, according to the Telegram channels Suspilne and Suspilne Kharkiv. The first explosion in the city occurred around 01:57 Kyiv time.

Russian drones attacked the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv early on Monday, according to Governor Oleh Syniehubov. Mayor Ihor Terekhov said at least 27 people were injured in the strikes.

Three people were killed and more than a dozen apartment blocks were hit in Kharkiv as another massive barrage of Russian air attacks struck Ukraine on July 7.
