About two weeks after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) vetoed a bill that would have put a statewide ban on consumable hemp products with any traces of THC, the governor on Wednesday announced that two specific hemp-related issues will be on the agenda for a special legislative session set to begin later this month.
