Ukrainian officials will hold talks with a U.S. technical team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on March 23, a day before the U.S. plans to hold separate meetings with Ukrainian and Russian delegates on March 24.

American envoys were meeting with Ukrainian officials on Sunday and with Russian officials the following day. The discussions are expected to focus on halting attacks on energy facilities.

Ukrainian and US officials are set to meet in Saudi Arabia on Sunday, a day before US and Russian teams hold talks in US-mediated efforts to end the three-year war following Russia’s full-scale
