The president’s latest personal lawyers are trying to move his appeal of his New York state conviction to federal court.

Federal appellate judges will hear President Donald Trump’s quest to erase his criminal conviction on Wednesday — one of the ways he's trying to get last year’s hush money verdict overturned.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit extended its earlier temporary pause of a trade court decision that found Trump exceeded his powers in imposing the tariffs.
