MADISON, Wis. (WBAY) - The state Supreme Court ruled to keep Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s name on Wisconsin’s presidential ballot, and Monday it denied a motion to reconsider that ruling. On Sept. 27, the high court upheld a lower court’s ruling that candidates can only be removed from Wisconsin’s ballot if they die.

The Wisconsin Supreme Court rejected Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s request to have his name removed as an independent presidential candidate from the November ballot or covered with stickers, a relief for local clerks.
