Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. The use of veneers results in high-quality furniture that has flawless surfaces and consistent color tones that will not be subject to cracking. Finished by hand in a water-based Dutch White or Black paint. Drawer features French dovetail joinery in front and English dovetail joinery in back of drawers. Waxed wooden glides that ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stop keeps drawer securely in place. Each Storage Cabinet Tower features 1 drawer and three adjustable shelves (one is behind door). Set includes 4 towers, with bookcases or with storage cabinets. 4x4 Open shelves features 4 fixed shelves per open shelf unit. 4x4 Open shelf with cabinet base features 2 fixed shelves, 1 drawer and cabinet with door and 1 adjustable shelf behind the door.
