HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED Expertly crafted from solid poplar wood, pine wood, beech wood, engineered wood and MDF (medium density fiberboard). Our Simply White finish is applied by hand in child-safe, water-based paint that provides durability, depth of color and richness to each piece of furniture. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. Drawer features English dovetail joinery and waxed wooden glides that ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stop keeps drawer securely in place. GREENGUARD Gold Certified to contribute to healthier indoor air, keeping you and your family safer. DETAILS THAT MATTER Loft features beautiful detailing including built-in desk with 2 drawers, full-length 1 fixed mirror, built-in dresser with 4 drawers and 4 fixed shelves (for twin size) and 6 fixed shelves (for full size) above the dresser. Includes guardrails for the loft bed and a solid wood fixed ladder with four rungs. Ladder cannot be re-positioned. All our lofts are expertly engineered for safety and to fit most spaces with 8' ceilings. Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit are accessible from both sides. Desk unit and dresser with open shelving unit can be configured to face outward (outside the loft space) or inward (inside the loft space. Bunk mattress (sold separately) must be used on the upper bunk. Do not use a boxspring on the loft. Drawer pulls are finished in brass. Adjustable levelers provide stability on uneven floors.
