There are three independently controlled main cooking zones with a total of 48,000 BTU's plus 24,000 BTU's of additional performance on dual side burners. Griddle also has a patented heat control baffle system updated single Blackstone vertical column cabinet with pull out tank. Dual side shelves, patented rear grease management system, magnetic zone on side shelf for tool retention, updated culinary control knobs and handles.
