The top layer of 18/10 stainless steel is polished to a gorgeous shine, while the base layer of 18/0 stainless steel makes this cookware compatible with induction stovetops. This strong, durable cookware is surprisingly light, making it easier to lift and maneuver about the kitchen. Cooking surface corners are rounded for easy mixing and cleaning, as are the rims to make pouring a simple, mess-free affair.
