Inspired by the elegant espresso machines used by professional baristas, the De'Longhi La Specialista Prestigio unlocks espresso's true flavor and brews it with scientific precision for a luxurious, cafe-worthy coffee experience in the comfort of home. This manual machine offers more control for handcrafting espresso the right way - select from six coffee drinks settings and two methods of steaming milk. Manual espresso machine with proprietary features help to streamline brewing experience. Six specialty selections: espresso, coffee, Americano, cappuccino, flat white and latte. Sensor Grinding Technology delivers the optimal dose of espresso every time. Smart Tamping Station ensures perfect pressure and proper doses with less mess. Dynamic pre-infusion process adapts to the density of the coffee dose, and evenly wets the grounds to reach their perfect extraction. Five infusion profile settings that vary by bean type, each with its own temperature range to ensure better brew temperatures and flavor infusion. Active Temperature Control with two independent heating systems (one for brewing, one for steamed milk) to continually deliver a hot brew with a delicious, milky foam finish; three temperature profiles, set according to which beans you use. LatteCrema(TM) System automatically froths milk or milk alternatives like soy, rice or oat. Master latte art with powerful steam wand that textures milk and alternatives with ease. Two single-wall filter baskets for different dose sizes: 12g and 20g. Separate hot water spout for brewing authentic Americano. Included accessories: stainless-steel milk frothing carafe, single coffee filter, double coffee filter, total hardness test, cleaning brush and descaler.
