Uses Diclofenac 1% Topical Gel provides temporary pain relief in the joints (ankle, elbow, hand, wrist, knee). Cautions Using Diclofenac 1% topical gel may trigger asthma attacks in patients who have aspirin-sensitive asthma and other forms of asthma. How to use Diclofenac 1% topical gel may be applied up to four times daily. Do not apply to more than two body parts at the same time. In general, use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration of time. Possible side effects Scaling, rash, pain itching, and swelling may occur with Diclofenac 1% Topical Gel use. Missed dose Apply the medicine as soon as you can , skip the missed dose if it is almost time for your next dose. Do not apply a double dose.
